Frequently asked questions
Which Claude, ChatGPT or Grok plan do I need?
Claude Free can add one custom connector; Pro and Max add it themselves. On Team and Enterprise, the organisation owner adds Soluta first. ChatGPT needs Developer mode or a Business plan; on Business or Enterprise, ask your workspace admin to enable it. Grok: every user can add connectors; on Grok Business / Enterprise an admin adds Soluta first. The steps are on the connect page.
Where are my books stored?
Your books are on Soluta servers in Vietnam. Soluta does not store your documents: when you ask it to read one, the content goes through the AI app you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) to be read. Details in the privacy policy.
Does the machine post entries by itself?
No. The AI app only drafts proposals with the document and the legal basis; your books change only when you click approve.
Does Soluta file tax returns for me?
No. Soluta prepares the return from your books and lets you download the XML file; you check it and file it on the tax portal yourself. See the VAT return guide.
What does the price include?
Prices include VAT and are paid upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months. Your Claude, ChatGPT, Grok subscription is not included. See the payment policy.
What if I want to stop?
Plans renew automatically for the chosen period; you can turn renewal off any time before the due date (Settings › Plan & billing). If you stop mid-period, the rest is not refunded; the plan runs to the end of the period. Disconnect apps under Settings › AI connections.
