Payment policy

Prices

Prices are per company (one set of books), published at soluta.vn.
Prices are per month and include VAT. You pay exactly the price shown.
The invoice shows the price before tax and the tax separately, at the rate on the invoice date: 8% until 31/12/2026, then 10% (unless a further reduction applies).

Paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months, counted from the activation date. There is no 1-month period.
Your plan renews when you pay for the next period. At least 7 working days before the due date, Soluta emails you a reminder with a payment link. If you do not want to renew: turn off the reminders under Settings › Plan & billing, or do not pay.
Not paid by the due date: Soluta pauses new entries. You can still read the books and download your data within the period in section 8.

Only the account owner can pay.
Payment by bank transfer using a QR code that payOS (a Casso service) creates for each order. The money goes directly to the bank account of Công ty TNHH Soluta; payOS does not hold it. Scan the code with your banking app and keep the amount and transfer description shown on the code. Your plan is activated when Soluta receives the payment.

Soluta issues an e-invoice for each payment, at the time the law requires, and sends it to the email you confirmed.
Invoice details (name, tax code, address, email) are entered by you and confirmed twice. You are responsible for these details.
Details wrong because of what you entered: Soluta adjusts or replaces the invoice only where the law requires it, on a written request from the account owner with the agreement record, within 15 working days of receiving a complete file. You bear the consequences of the wrong details.

The fee for each period covers the whole period and is paid in advance. You can stop at any time. Under this agreement, if you stop mid-period, the rest is not refunded; the plan runs to the end of the period.
Soluta refunds the unused part, by the method you paid with, within 30 days of receiving a complete written request from the account owner, when:

(a) Soluta charged you wrongly or twice;

(b) Soluta stops the service, or locks the account through no fault of yours;

(c) you do not agree to a change of terms or prices under section 15 and end the contract before the change takes effect;

(d) other cases required by law.

An add-on plan (for example Soluta Finance) can only be bought together with a Plus, Pro or Team plan that is still active, for that same company. There is no trial. Prices, periods and limits follow the Pricing page. Periods, renewal and refunds are as for the main plan.

Soluta may issue discount codes for individual programmes. The discount amount, the plans and periods it applies to, the validity period and the number of uses are published together with the code.
The price after the discount is shown before you pay and is the price stated on the invoice.
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other codes unless the programme states so. Refunds (if any) are calculated on the amount you actually paid.

The first 50 accounts that prepay the Pro plan for 12 months pay 899,000 VND/month (VAT included) for the first 12 months. Each account gets one place, for one company. Places are allocated in order of successful payment. After the first 12 months, renewal is at the list price on the Pricing page. Cannot be combined with discount codes.

When you use Soluta through your own AI assistant, you pay the AI fees to that provider.
