Entries are posted under the circular in force on the document’s own date. And every figure on a report can point back to the invoice it came from.
Drop in e-invoices, cash vouchers and bank statements. Soluta reads them, posts the entries and writes the books.
It picks the accounting regime by the date on the document itself — a 2025 document under the 2025 circular, a 2026 document under the 2026 one. Nothing to remember, nothing to look up.
See a figure you don’t recognise on a financial statement or a tax return? Click it: line item → journal entry → the original document, with an explanation in plain language.
This is what separates it from an AI that makes numbers up: whatever the machine did, the machine can show you where it came from.
The books are append-only: each journal entry is sealed to the one before it. Edit an old line and the seal breaks — and it can name the exact line where it broke. The books check themselves: chain intact, debits equal credits, assets equal liabilities plus equity, every document still present and unaltered.
To prove it to an outsider, anchor the seal to a public timestamp — it proves when the books existed, and the auditor does not have to trust Soluta to verify it.
To be exact: that anchoring must be switched on and running well BEFORE anything goes wrong. Anchor afterwards and you only prove things from that point on.
VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, year-end finalisation — exported as XML in the HTKK format and validated against the General Department of Taxation’s schemas before it leaves. File through HTKK/eTax as usual.
For an amended return it compares against what was filed and builds the line-by-line variance explanation for you — the slowest part of refiling.
Depreciation, payroll and payroll-related accruals, prepaid expense allocation, cost of goods sold, profit-and-loss closing entries, bank statement reconciliation.
No entry reaches the books without your approval. It proposes, states its basis, and waits for you.
And the contents of a document are handled as data, not as commands — an instruction sitting inside an invoice is not an instruction from you.
Desktop edition: the ledger core runs on your own machine and keeps working offline. Web edition: your books run on our servers, one box per company, with nothing to install. Either way, the route table states exactly where your data goes.
See where data goes → That table is generated from the running configuration, published openly, no sign-in required.

For comparison: in Vietnam a full-time accountant costs 8–15 million VND a month before insurance; an outsourced bookkeeping service typically 1.5–5 million VND a month.
